• Ad account data: When you connect your Meta or Google Ads account via OAuth, we receive access tokens and account identifiers required to manage campaigns on your behalf. We do not store your Meta or Google passwords.
• Payment data: Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Polar (international, our Merchant of Record). We store only your subscription status and invoice references — not your full card details.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, campaign performance data, and device/browser information collected via cookies and server logs.
• Communication data: Messages you send to our support team.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your Adyft account.
• To create, launch, and monitor advertising campaigns on Meta and Google on your behalf.
• To send WhatsApp and email alerts for hot leads and campaign events.
• To process subscription payments and send invoices.
• To send product updates, onboarding emails, and support responses.
• To improve the platform through aggregated analytics.
• To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Meta Platforms: To create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns via the Meta Ads API, using the access token you provide.
• Google LLC: To create and manage Google Ads campaigns via the Google Ads API.
• Razorpay / Polar: To process subscription payments.
• Resend: To send transactional emails (OTP, welcome, reports).
• Legal authorities: If required by law or court order.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the platform is used. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent login.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (typically 7 years for financial records under Indian law).

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Disconnect your Meta or Google Ads account at any time from your Adyft settings.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications.

8. Data Security

9. International Transfers

Your data is stored on servers in India (Oracle Cloud). When you use Meta or Google integrations, data is transmitted to Meta's and Google's servers, which may be located outside India. By using Adyft, you consent to this transfer.

10. Children

Adyft is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes. Continued use of Adyft after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
